Developer and brand
The prospective buyer is advised that The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is developed, financed, marketed and sold by Swire Properties (the “Developer”), a company independent from Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The Mandarin Oriental name, the Mandarin Oriental logo and related marks are the property of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and are used by the Developer under licence. This independent-broker site uses the Residences lockup and fan solely to identify the project being marketed. The brand’s role following sale of the units is a matter for the offering documents — typically limited to hospitality management and the grant of rights to use the name as an identifier of the residences. Confirm the contractual position before relying on marketing language.
Architecture is described in public materials as Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF). That attribution, like all other project facts on this site, is believed accurate at the time of writing and is subject to the developer’s documents.
