Who operates this site
This website is operated by an independent licensed real estate professional and is not the official website of the Developer, of Swire Properties, or of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Mandarin Oriental is a registered trademark of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and is used here solely to identify the project being marketed. This site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the developer or the brand. Enquiries submitted here are received by Dora Kovacs.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address and telephone number, and optionally your purchase intent, timeline, whether you are a buyer or a broker, brokerage name, and any message you write.
- Context about your visit. The page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign parameters (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term) present in the link you followed. - Analytics. Aggregate usage data collected through Google Tag Manager (container
GTM-TTW7F6LG). The Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker (WT-KROFXFSN) records page views so enquiry activity can be matched in the CRM.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to send you the pricing, availability, floor plans or brochure you requested, and to understand which marketing channels bring genuine enquiries.
Where it goes
Enquiry details are transmitted over an encrypted connection. They are sent to Follow Up Boss when a server-side API key is configured. Page activity is also recorded by the Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker installed on every page. They are not sold, rented or traded, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. If the CRM API key is unset, submissions are still accepted by the site and logged server-side.
Cookies and analytics
An HttpOnly cookie named lead_unlock is set for seven days after a successful enquiry so fact-sheet PDFs can be downloaded. Campaign parameters and your landing page are held in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit only. Google Tag Manager (GTM-TTW7F6LG) and the Follow Up Boss Widget Tracker (WT-KROFXFSN) load on every page.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained in the CRM for as long as needed to serve you as a prospective purchaser, and thereafter as required for record-keeping. Fact-sheet download access via cookie expires seven days after it is issued.
Your choices
